Speaking from experience: 2017 Human Capital Forum

Sage People CEO Paul Burrin shines the spotlight on great workforce experiences

Delegates at the Argyle Forum’s Human Capital Forum event will be all ears when our own Paul Burrin takes the floor on 22nd March. In Paul’s thought leadership spotlight session he’ll zoom in on “why delivering great workforce experiences is key to improving workforce engagement.”

Employee experience is the headline theme for the event, subtitled Employee Experience in the Digital Era. It’s a match made in heaven for Sage People, as we’ve been championing innovative practice in this area and providing tech and tools to make it happen.

The day’s programme covers four focal areas: not surprisingly, employee experience is a significant aspect of each.

‘Empowering the workforce’ is all about building a unique organizational culture through employee engagement, backed up with solutions to develop workforce efficiency. ‘The role of HR’ will explore how HR continues to evolve in scope and practice, with its leaders being change agents who own the challenges of creating a results-driven vision and culture. ‘Recruiting top talent’ means maintaining a high level of engagement, while ‘Revolutionizing HR’ includes making use of mobile and social tools to meet employee needs and preferences, building staff commitment and competitive edge as an employer.

It’s an exciting audience for Paul to take Sage People’s gospel to. The Argyle Executive Forum brings business information and thought leadership to executives from Fortune 1000 companies in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Its members number over two million business leaders across all functions. It’s a forward-looking community that meets and collaborates to share the latest insights in commercial practice.

Other speakers and panellists are from innovative and high profile brands including Virgin Pulse, PayPal and Levis, so Paul’s looking forward to bringing home some great practical examples of how market leaders are making employee experience a strategic differentiator.

The event takes place in San Francisco on 22nd March and is open to non-forum members. With a dynamic mix of keynote presentations, fireside chats, panel sessions, and networking breaks, the peer discussion around employee experience is bound to provide some fascinating insights into adoption and results.

Visit the Argyle Forum website for more details of the event.
