What is UNLEASH London?
Only the biggest HR tech event in the calendar. The annual event in London, previously called HR Tech World, is all about the future of work, with innovation, insights and inspiration for HR and People leaders.
The two-day event will pack in 130 speakers across keynotes and breakout sessions – all geared towards workforce technology and business intelligence.

Where and when is UNLEASH London?
UNLEASH London is held at the ExCeL London from Tuesday 19th to Wednesday 20th March 2019.
Over the two days, the 130 speakers will present across 12 stages to over 2,500 decision makers from across HR and People teams, and the world of work.
Why should I attend UNLEASH London?
It’s the place for the latest innovation and insights around the world of work.
There’ll be global brands and organizations showing off cutting-edge innovations, plus thousands of like-minded people sharing problems, solutions and inspirations—all empowering HR and business leaders to ‘unleash’ the power of their people.

Cal Henderson, Co-founder and CTO of Slack
As well as co-founding the hugely successful workplace communication tool Slack, Cal is an API pioneer who also developed authentication protocols oAuth and oEmbed, which are used by giants like YouTube.
Cassie Kozyrkov, Chief Decision Scientist at Google
Data scientist Cassie designed Google’s analytics program. She also personally trained over 15,000 Googlers in statistics, decision-making, and machine learning.
Noor Van Boven, Chief People Officer at N26
Previously VP, Global Head of People at SoundCloud, Noor has over 15 years of experience in HR and has taken her expertise all around the world.

AI and innovation, Cassie Kozyrkov (Wednesday 20th March at 2.40pm on the main stage)
AI and innovation has been a huge topic of conversation in recent years, with HR turning heads over what this could mean for their people.
Cassie Kozyrkov, Chief Decision Scientist at Google, has incredible technical knowledge, but she promises to lead a jargon-free presentation on AI at UNLEASH London. Hear her expert take on the pros, cons and opportunities of artificial intelligence in the workplace.
Mind the gap, with measurement: how Nestlé leveraged People analytics to address pay gap and equity with Michael Cox (Tuesday 19th March at 3pm in room 1)
Do you leverage People analytics successfully for your organization?
From our research, we found that only 34% of HR and People leaders are using data and analytics to make People decisions. So, in light of the pay gap and any other topical issues as they arise, People analytics becomes an integral part of understanding your workforce.
Michael Cox, Head of People Analytics Europe at Nestlé, will take attendees through how Nestlé is addressing the gender pay gap with People analytics.
