European HR Analyst, Fosway Group, has published its new Fosway 9-Grid for Cloud HCM, placing Fairsail as one of the leading European-headquartered vendors in recognition of the company’s strong growth and increasing ability to compete with  larger industry players such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.

The Fosway 9-Grid™ is a five-dimensional market analysis model that is used to understand the position of different solutions and providers in the European talent systems market. It provides a comparison of different solutions based on their potential, performance, market presence, total cost of ownership and future trajectories across the market. The Fosway 9-Grid™ is the only market analysis of its kind focused on organisations in Europe.

Commenting on Fairsail’s inclusion from HR Tech World Congress in Paris, senior executive at Fairsail, Paul Burrin, said: “Our placement sums up our offering, our culture and our market position perfectly. We have carved a niche in the mid-size global cloud HCM market; our speed and agile approach gives us a great advantage over larger providers who struggle to innovate quickly and deliver against changing customer and market needs.”

Burrin continued: “It is all the more pleasing to see that Fairsail, as a smaller but growing player, has beaten off competition from many larger enterprises in order to win this recognition as a Core Challenger. We’re incredibly proud of the team, and we fully intend to further build upon our challenger status again in 2017.”
