Sage People helps CRM specialists think Outside the Box on Workforce Collaboration

London, UK & Warsaw, Poland, 5th Mar 2013 – Sage People, the leader in Global Workforce Collaboration, today announced Outbox, a leader in IT consultancy specialising in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), has selected its Global Workforce Collaboration Software to provide core Human Resources and Human Capital Management systems, helping improve the efficiency and accuracy of its processes, as well as develop and attract the best talent to its growing international team.

Employing over 350 CRM specialists across offices in Warsaw, London, and Paris, Outbox supports service businesses in the telecommunications, media and financial services sectors to successfully manage customer relations and improve customer experience. Its teams of experts have completed CRM implementations in Poland, Great Britain, Germany, France, South Africa and USA for customers including O2, Oracle, Orange, Vodafone Germany, euNetworks Group, and Swiss Re. For Outbox, traditional HR processes such as performance assessments were proving time consuming and delivering questionable results, as a result the team was keen to find a simple, automated system capable of scaling rapidly and internationally. It was essential to find a system which would cut down the time spent on hiring, competency assessments and employee development and free up the team to focus on core corporate objectives.

Outbox now uses Sage People to manage all its core HR processes spanning employee data, salary history, benefits, employee objectives, competency assessment, performance reviews, training and development needs.
