Global Workforce Collaboration experts automate performance management for Oxford Instruments
Reading, UK, 8th May 2013 – Sage People, the leader in Global Workforce Collaboration, today announced that Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology, part of Oxford Instruments plc, leading provider of high technology tools and systems for research and industry, has selected Sage People to trial Performance Management systems for the management team.

After a review of the market, Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology selected Sage People to provide its Performance Management software. Available as part of Sage People’s Human Capital Management platform, Performance Management enables users to set clear objectives, perform 360 competency assessments, complete performance reviews, and highlight development needs.
Helen continued, “With Sage People we are able to incorporate our competency models with customisable indicators, so that our managers can have value-adding conversations about development with their teams. We will also survey participants to assess their overall impressions of the Performance Management process.
