Mai‑Po Wan is a modern hybrid HR and marketing specialist with experience in talent management, leadership development, engagement and communications. Mai-Po is most passionate about exploring how changes in the world of work, workplace technology and the modern workforce are causing companies to completely rethink the way they engage with their people.
She is currently product marketing director for Sage Business Cloud People, a global cloud HR and People platform that helps fast-growing multinational organisations transform how they acquire, retain, manage and engage their workforce.
Kieran is an award‑winning HR professional with experience in operational and strategic roles as a HR director across many elements of UK & international HR. He specialises in streamlining HR functions to increase operational effectiveness and building credibility of HR offerings. Kieran’s passion is employee engagement and aligning employees to organisational values.
His generalist experience has allowed him to understand that engagement and values are the drivers to successful HR change management projects. Kieran believes the most productive way to achieve successful change management products is through an organisations workforce, empowering employees to make changes fit for purpose and ensuring communication is achieved at all levels of an organisation.
Burt brings extensive knowledge in advising leadership teams on managing transition and change to implement new strategies, processes, structures, and systems. He has led projects in organisation and role design, change management, virtual work, employee and leadership training, communications, and talent strategies for numerous global companies.
Burt also serves Deloitte Consulting LLP internally, leading initiatives to enhance the organisational culture and adopt advanced workplace strategies.
