Kieran Duhra-GrundyKieran is an award‑winning HR professional with experience in operational and strategic roles as a HR director across many elements of UK & international HR. He specialises in streamlining HR functions to increase operational effectiveness and building credibility of HR offerings. Kieran’s passion is employee engagement and aligning employees to organisational values.

His generalist experience has allowed him to understand that engagement and values are the drivers to successful HR change management projects. Kieran believes the most productive way to achieve successful change management products is through an organisations workforce, empowering employees to make changes fit for purpose and ensuring communication is achieved at all levels of an organisation.
