Channel Four is a TV broadcaster. Our main purpose is to ensure we challenge the norm and be very creative in how we do that. My name’s Gaynor Bailey and I’m HR Program and Operations Manager here at Channel Four.

We have approximately 960 employees. Having 9 different systems has presented problems for us, especially from an employee engagement perspective.
