Employee cannot access Sandbox

If an employee cannot access Sandbox;

  1. Login to Sandbox
  2. Go to the Employee’s User Record and check the email address.
  3. If the email address is incorrect, enter the correct email address and Save.
  4. The employee will receive a Salesforce email asking them to verify the change.
  5. After verification the email address on the User Record is updated.
  6. Select the Reset Password button on the User Record.
  7. Employee will receive a Salesforce email asking them to enter a new password.

If the employee does not have a sandbox account you will need to create one replicating the same profile they have in Production.
