How can I reduce the amount of annual allowance given to one employee?

You will need to create an Absence Adjustment, link to the mini guide explaining how to do this is below, you would use ‘Replace’ which is explained from page 9 of the guide;

For example if you have an employee who accrues 2.08 days per month therefore over the year he is entitled to 25 days (12 x 2.08). If this was to be reduced to 20 days for the year you would create the absence adjustment with a start date of 01/01/2018 and end date 31/12/2018, Rate Rule would be Replace and Rate Adjust would be 1.6666 as (20/12 = 1.6666)
