Employee not accruing holiday?

If an employee is not accruing holiday please check the Absence Accrual Rule for Vacation.

If the Accrue During Unpaid Absence field is set to none, then if an employee takes unpaid absence within a specific month they will not accrue vacation for that month.  If you would like them to accrue vacation whilst on unpaid leave change this field to read Full.
