How to reopen a Competency Assessment

This guide explains how to reopen a Competency Assessment.

The Competency Assessment process enables Team Members to be assessed against a list of competencies and behaviors. The assessment is usually carried out by the Manager, Team Member, peers and external assessors (if you wish), to provide a full 360 feedback. Assessors provide feedback by completing a questionnaire. An assessment can be closed if there are no outstanding assessment requests (i.e. all assessors have completed assessments). However, it may become necessary to reopen a Competency Assessment (that is closed), for example if an assessor has submitted their assessment accidentally without having entered all their comments.
